 All the Good, None of the Bad — Anyone who cares about staying fit knows that biking is one of the best forms of exercise. Not only does it keep your heart healthy and tune up your cardiovascular system, it’s completely non-impact, so it’s gentle on your joints. Biking builds strong legs and increases your stamina. And it absolutely helps to eliminate that stabbing pain in the knees caused by arthritic deterioration of cartilage behind your kneecaps (Chondromalacia Patella, a condition most of us who run, play tennis or golf are all too familiar with!). A lightweight aluminum frame efficiently transfers pedal power to the pavement without flexing; 26” all-terrain Combi tires give a smooth ride on pavement or trails. Choose a thickly padded, oversized Super-Soft Velo saddle seat, or a 17” wide bench seat with no seat horn whatsoever. So you get two ways to achieve all-day comfort — with no male-anatomy-numbing side effects!
 Safety — The Dream Machine’s low step-through height and height-adjustable seat lets you reach the ground with both feet flat (fits 5'3" and taller riders). So starting and stopping is a cinch, and falling is unlikely! A race-proven Shimano 21-speed derailleur lets you select just the right amount of effort and torque to master any grade. And unlike low-slung recumbents, Dream Machine’s multiple low gears and upright pedaling position gives you plenty of leverage to pedal straight up the steepest hills with ease. Naturally, front and rear hand brakes provide plenty of stopping power. A capacious zippered pack easily stows a pullover, and enough food and drink for a picnic. And the brilliantly conceived, adjustable backrest gives you all-day lumbar support, and extra power for climbing hills.
