How Do I Know if My Item is in Stock?
To illustrate our current stock levels, a "Check Inventory" button is prominently displayed on our website, next to each item number. By clicking on this feature, our current stock situation is presented.
How Do I Redeem My Gift Certificate?
Currently there is no specified field on our website to redeem a gift certificate. Please enter your gift certificates serial number and value in the 'comments' section of the shopping cart and we will credit your order when it ships.
How Do I Purchase a Gift Certificate On-Line?
Herrington Gift Certificates make gift giving easy and are fun to spend. We'll send your certificate with our most recent catalog for easy ordering. Best of all, there is absolutely no charge for shipping and handling. Gift certificates are available in denominations from $25, up to $1000 and can be ordered by clicking here
Why Does It Appear That I Was Charged Twice?
An authorization to debit is requested at the time your order is placed. Once your order actually ships, the debit is processed. If your order includes an item or items that are on back order, you will be charged only when the items ship. You are charged only once for shipping and handling.
Does Your Footwear Come in Various Widths?
The footwear included in our product line is available in medium widths only, unless otherwise noted.
Do You Offer Gift Wrap?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift wrapping service.
Can I Change/Cancel My Order Once It Has Been Entered?
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1(800) 903-2878 immediately to change or cancel your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after placed, and it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.
Do You Accept Orders via Mail?

How Do I Send an Order as a Gift?
You may provide a shipping address other than the billing address at checkout.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we ship only to the USA, it's territories and Canada.
What Are My Shipping Options to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Our website defaults to FedEx 2nd Day Air Service, however, in certain instances we are able to ship orders to these locations via Priority Mail. Please note in the comment section of the online order if you prefer your package to ship via Priority Mail. Or if you prefer, call our Order Line at 1(800) 622-5221.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost, which utilizes FedEx to your local area, and the USPS to deliver the package once it arrives locally.
What Are My Expedited Shipping Options?
Next Day Air
(next available business day) and Second Day Air
(second available business day) shipping are available and can be selected at checkout. Additional costs are based on your order's weight and zip code. The amounts will be calculated for you when you complete the order information.
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 11:00am EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), with upgraded shipping will ship the same day.
Items shipped directly from our manufacturer will ship within 2 to 3 weeks, regardless of ship method chosen.

When Will I Receive My Order?
We ship most orders within 72 hours, and will notify you promptly of any backorders. Items that ship from our warehouse will ship via FedEx or USPS and arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Please note, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and will ship within two weeks.
What if I Have Specific Delivery Instructions?
Unfortunately, we cannot leave delivery instructions with any of our carriers. Please be advised that whether or not a driver decides to leave a package is left solely at his/her discretion. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
How Do I Receive Tracking Information?

Unfortunately, we are unable to divulge specific manufacturer’s information due to our contractual obligations with our suppliers.
Does Herrington Have Any Retail Stores?
We do not have any retail stores, however, if you prefer you are welcome to pick up your order at our Londonderry, NH offices. Shipping and handling fees are waived on most customer pick-ups. Please allow 48 business hours for processing.
