Scan 35mm Slides and Negatives Into Your Computer — Preserve and Organize Decades of Precious Family Archives!
Back before digital, we took thousands of 35mm snapshots of family vacations, holidays, and candids of the kids. Most were negatives, some were on slides. All were in danger of colors fading, or worse, being lost or damaged by less-than-careful storage. Then I found this amazingly simple scanner/storage device, and the family archives are safe. We’ve not only preserved irreplaceable images, they’re now in digital files easy to store, organize, edit, and print. Standalone unit requires no computer to scan and store. Just slip your negatives into the scanning tray and preview on the 2.4” LCD color display, or connect to your computer or TV for a larger view of the conversion process. Scans at a high-resolution 5.0 Megapixels, using automatic exposure control and color balance for perfect images, without any loss of detail whatsoever. Even converts negatives to positives! Images are stored instantly on internal 32MB flash memory. Acts as standalone mass storage device, or transfer images to MAC or PC via USB cable or SD card once memory is full, or to edit photos with software. Includes both 35mm film strip and mounted slide tray; and software to store, organize and retouch scanned images; works with both color and black-and-white. Includes USB cable, video cable, and AC adaptor. Requires PC running Windows or Mac using 10.4 or above to use editing software. Just 6.7” x 3.8” x 3.7”.
