Based in Gardona, Italy, Beretta is the world’s oldest, most historic firm, dating back nearly 500 years.
 In the 1940’s, Pietro Beretta, the 4th generation grand patrone of the family-run enterprise, had this signature knife made for himself and other family members involved in the business. Now Beretta has re-issued this historic heirloom — an exact replica of the 1940’s original. Copper clad plate bears Pietro’s name on one side, while on the reverse, a deeply carved, majestic red stag bears testimony to Beretta’s sporting heritage.
