Think of the Forecaster as a special FM radio. But instead of receiving music or voice, it receives up-to-the-minute weather data transmitted via an unused sector of FM bandwidth by MSN® Direct Weather Service — Microsoft’s Directband wireless network. With absolutely no outside sensors or installation needed, you’ll still receive an accurate 4-day regional forecast from MSN Direct, complete with the % likelihood of precipitation.
 Serves the top 100 metropolitan areas, from New York to Mobile, Alabama. Here in small-town Londonderry, we receive the forecast for the Manchester Region, only about 5 miles away. Displays current temperature and humidity with high/low temperatures; UV index and sunrise/sunset times. Also shows indoor temperature, and perfect radio-controlled time from the NIST in Boulder, Colorado. Includes day and date, 2 separate crescendo alarms, and 8-minute snooze. All you’ll need to stay on schedule, with no surprises in the weather! Includes AC adaptor and 4-AA backup batteries.
