Can I Change/Cancel My Order Once It Has Been Entered?
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1(800) 903-2878 immediately to change or cancel your order. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after placed, and it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.
Do You Accept Orders Via Fax?
Yes, you may fax your order to us at 603-437-3492.
Do You Offer Gift Wrap?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift wrapping service.
Does Herrington Accept Orders via Mail?
If you prefer, print the completed Shopping Cart page and mail it to us. Please determine the shipping and handling charges based on our shipping and handling chart.

Does Your Footwear Come in Various Widths?
The footwear included in our product line is available in medium widths only, unless otherwise noted.
How Do I Send an Order as a Gift?
You may provide a shipping address other than the billing address at checkout.
What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check or money order.
Where Do I Enter a Promo Code?
A box for promo codes is provided on the online order from.
Why Does It Appear That I Was Charged Twice?
An authorization to debit is requested at the time your order is placed. Once your order actually ships, the debit is processed. If your order includes an item or items that are on back order, you will be charged only when the items ship. You are only charged once for shipping and handling.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we ship only to the USA, it's territories and Canada.
How Do I Receive Tracking Information?
When an order ships an email with tracking information is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided in the order. You may also contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (800) 903-2878, or customerservice@herringtoncatalog.com.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost, which utilizes FedEx to your local area, and the USPS to complete the delivery.
What Are My Expedited Shipping Options?
Next Day Air (next available business day) and Second Day Air (second available business day) shipping are available and can be selected at checkout. Additional costs are based on your order's weight and zip code. The amounts will be calculated for you when you complete the order information. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 3:00pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), with upgraded shipping will ship the same day. Items shipped directly from our manufacturer may require additional shipping time, regardless of ship method chosen. Please note: Saturday is not considered a business day. If you desire Saturday delivery, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 903-2878.

What if I Have Specific Delivery Instructions?
Unfortunately, we cannot leave delivery instructions with any of our carriers. Please be advised that whether or not a driver decides to leave a package is left solely at his/her discretion. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We ship most orders within one business day, and will notify you promptly of any backorders. Items ship from our New Hampshire warehouses via FedEx and arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Please note, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and may require additional shipping time.

    Can I Find Out Who Manufacturers a Certain Item?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to divulge specific manufacturer’s information due to our contractual obligations with our suppliers.
    Does Herrington Have Any Retail Stores?
    We do not have any retail stores, however, if you prefer you are welcome to pick up your order at our Manchester, NH offices. Shipping and handling fees are waived on most customer pick-ups. Please allow 48 business hours for processing.
    How Do I Cancel a Catalog Subscription?
    Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-903-2878, or customerservice@herringtoncatalog.com. When emailing us, please include complete name, address, customer number and key code exactly as they appear on the back of the catalog. Due to advanced mailings, it may take several mailings before the mailings cease.
