An authorization to debit is requested at the time your order is placed. Once your order actually ships, the debit is processed. If your order includes an item or items that are on back order, you will be charged only when the items ship. You are only charged once for shipping and handling.

Next Day Air (next available business day) and Second Day Air (second available business day) shipping are available and can be selected at checkout. Additional costs are based on your order's weight and zip code. The amounts will be calculated for you when you complete the order information. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 3:00pm EST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), with upgraded shipping will ship the same day. Items shipped directly from our manufacturer may require additional shipping time, regardless of ship method chosen. Please note: Saturday is not considered a business day. If you desire Saturday delivery, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 903-2878.
Unfortunately, we cannot leave delivery instructions with any of our carriers. Please be advised that whether or not a driver decides to leave a package is left solely at his/her discretion. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We ship most orders within one business day, and will notify you promptly of any backorders. Items ship from our New Hampshire warehouses via FedEx and arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Please note, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, and may require additional shipping time.
We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to ensure safe, secure transactions. With SSL, information sent via our website is encrypted, and can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. We take every appropriate security measure to help safeguard personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We do not transfer credit card numbers via e-mail, and ask that in any e-mail correspondence with us you refrain from doing so as well. We do not have any retail stores, however, if you prefer you are welcome to pick up your order at our Manchester, NH offices. Shipping and handling fees are waived on most customer pick-ups. Please allow 48 business hours for processing.
