These smoking chips bring a whole new flavor experience to your favorite barbequed foods. These chips are cut from young saplings, unlike cheaper smoking chips that use dried out or dead wood — which is more susceptible to flare-ups or can catch on fire! Simply soak the chips in water, beer, wine or any liquid of your choice for 5 to 15 minutes before placing over fire. One bag of chips will fill the smoker up to four times.
